Ownership and corporate structure

Asp-Wahlén Investerings AB, owns the following shareholdings in its core investments:

• 40% of Haiseal Timber Inc, through Haiseal’s holding company.

• 19% of Nordic Traction Group Oy, directly. AB Max Sievert owns a further 75% of Nordic Traction Group Oy.

• 2% of AB Max Sievert, directly and indirectly through MS Intressenter AB.

Andreas Versteegh owns all shares of Asp-Wahlén Investerings AB.
